When your customers buy a vehicle service agreement, they're protecting themselves -- and, more specifically, their car -- against unexpected (and costly) repairs to their vehicle. In order to maintain dealer compliance, you have to make sure that the terms of your vehicle service agreement is made clear to the buyer. In addition, you have to make sure that your buyer understands that most vehicle service agreements don't cover damages that have come due to accidents. Finally, but certainly no less importantly, your customer needs to understand that vehicle service contracts may lapse if s/he fails to make payments or fails to maintain basic services that the car needs.
